You didn't answer the "Who am I ?" ethical dilemma in this post. Don't u think it will resolve the identity crisis.

True. That’s another spiral in itself though. I’m exploring the ‘non dual’ answer to that question.

You essentially un-condition yourself of everything that is an external identity because anything that is external is bound to be limited / finite. It would feel like a cage, or rather, a sense would linger that some parts of ‘you’ were lost in any answer that you or society gives.

Which is why, the approach to really know the answer to “Who am I” is to not define it at all. Keep it free flowing and engage in activities that inherently give you joy, and are not means to obtain something else.

There is no satisfactory answer to that question, which is why the more you feel the need to ‘define’ who you are, the more anxious you’ll be. Deny that need of getting boxed in and do what you’re internally motivated by.
