Say, you are offered a very lucrative position, but at a company that makes cigars. Do you take the job?
One may face a conundrum here. An individual might take the job and justify him/her self by claiming that people smoke on their own accord, which is fairly valid.
Another might tussle with their conscience and look for other avenues that don't involve being complicit in killing millions every year.
There's no objectively right/wrong answer to such moral dilemmas. Without a well deliberated and neutral model, a person may rely on pure intuition which can swing in any direction depending on their mood / bias.
